Below are the step by step instructions on report a call as Malicious using the Skype for Business Soft Client.
You receive a phone call from an internal/external party and you accept the call
You are speaking to caller on the phone and realize that the caller is being offensive and inappropriate and want to report this call.
- Once you hang the phone call, open your Skype for Business Client
In the upper right hand corner click the drop down arrow beside the gear
Select the Tools menu -> Report a Call
You will now be prompted with a screen that includes the Time, Date, Phone Number, Duration of the Call
- Click Report to report the call as Malicious and inform your IT Staff of this call.

The ability for users to report a call is based on a setting in the voice policy assigned to them. To update that policy:
Set-CsVoicePolicy -Identity -EnableMaliciousCallTracing $true
