Skype for Business Backup data never gets imported by backup pool

Environment:

Skype for Business (SFB) Server 2015 Standard Edition – 2 Pools

Issue:

Error EventID:4052, Skype for Business 2015, Backup Service data content backup module has backup data that never gets imported by backup pool.

And EventID:4069 , Skype for Business Server 2015, Backup Service user store backup module encountered an exception that was handled gracefully when importing document batch.

Resolution:

I ran the Get-CsBackupServiceStatus and it returned the following:

I then ran the Invoke-CsBackupServiceSync -PoolFQDN poo1.domain.com , however that did not fix this issue.

On each front-end server, we re-ran the bootstrapper to reinstall all the backup components.

Once the bootstrapper completed, I re-ran the cmdlet Invoke-CsBackupServiceSync -PoolFQDN poo1.domain.com, once it completed I ran the Get-CsBackupServiceStatus and it returned the following and returned a successful result.
