Outlook Contact Issue in Skype for Business

I had a client tell me during a migration that the contact numbers for an Outlook 2010 contact card were not showing up.

So i created an outlook contact of my own Bruce Wayne, as you can see below I have a work and mobile number for him.







If we look in Skype for Business for the contact we see that only 1 number shows up and it categorized as Other




I was playing around with different fields to see if I could populate the Skype for Business contact card information.

I found that if I filled out the Email Address field of the Outlook Contact 







then the Skype for Business Contact card will be populated with all the correct information.






I’m not sure as to why it is like this but hopefully we will get a fix from MS to resolve it.
